Youwill also get to identify those at risk, increase the number of patients tested for HIV, and link patients to treatment. Establishing partnerships with external entities to help identify and support patients is an important component of this position. Knowledge of PrEP is helpful.     Position Requirements AA/BA required; Experience working in a community-based setting preferred. We are a healthcare facility and as such we require that our new employees are fully vaccinated (both COVID and FLU). Additionally, to promote a healthier workforce, we only hire non-smokers.
