Ensures that every guest receives food quality that exceeds expectations. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 1. Works efficiently and quickly to expedite food production. 2. Checks and ensure that raw materials are within quality standards. 3. Prepares and cooks all menu items in accordance with established recipes, methods of preparation and guest requests. 4. Maintains proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards while preparing, cooking, storing and cleaning. 5. Cleans grill continuously and keeps grill area neat, clean, stocked and organized. 6. Assists in putting deliveries away, stores and rotates food items in accordance with company procedures. 7. Performs opening and closing side work duties when required. 8. Show up every day and on time for your scheduled shifts. 9. Maintains a valid Food Handler Card. 10. Maintains a professional appearance at all times. 11. Assumes/performs other duties as assigned.   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
