Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Server Assistant  Description SUMMARY Responsible for cleaning tables, empty trash, maintain clean bus carts, restocking condiments, clean plates, silverware and glassware and other duties as assigned. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 1. Provide quick, friendly professional service to all casino guests and staff. 2. Clear and wipe off tables, chairs, counters and surrounding area. 3. Removes plates and silverware when all guests have finished. 4. Assists with set up and breaks down dining room for each shift. 5. Maintains service stations in a clean and orderly manner throughout shift. 6. Performs all opening and closing side work as required. 7. Represent self as a credit to River Spirit Casino by promoting an environment of outstanding customer service. 8. Assist food servers when needed. 9. Assist in keeping the assigned food venue clean. 10. Maintain a current food handler card and liquor license. 11. Available to work during peak periods, when needed. 12. Communicates clearly with all internal/external guests. 13. Additional duties as required or assigned.   Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
