Summary:

Assurety Consulting, a leader in the postal and parcel ecosystem, is seeking an Administrative Assistant – Documentation & Communication Specialist to support our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in English, communications, or social sciences who have a strong command of language and the ability to transform complex information into clear, engaging, and customer-friendly content.

The successful candidate will ensure that all business and technical documents are accurate, well-structured, and easy to understand for both internal teams and external users of software and web-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update a variety of organizational documents, including business requirements, customer guides, process manuals, and internal communications, ensuring all materials are clear, accurate, and up to date.
  • Use advanced digital tools to improve grammar, structure, clarity, and overall readability of content, ensuring a consistent voice and tone.
  • Apply expert-level skills in guiding content generation systems to produce high-quality, contextually relevant, and well-structured outputs.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather, clarify, and validate information, asking precise, targeted questions that result in complete and accurate content.
  • Analyze existing documentation to identify outdated, inconsistent, or unclear information, and proactively propose improvements.
  • Adapt technical or business jargon into plain language that resonates with non-technical audiences, including customers and end-users.
  • Maintain version control and ensure proper documentation standards across all artifacts.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining templates, style guidelines, and content frameworks to improve efficiency and consistency.
 

Qualifications

Required:

  • US Citizenship or Green Card.
  • The position requires Public Trust – Sensitive Level security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and style.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with content enhancement platforms for drafting, editing, and improving documents.
  • Proven skill in crafting highly effective prompts and instructions that result in accurate, contextually relevant outputs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in documents and requirements.
  • Experience collaborating with teams to capture and translate complex concepts into accessible formats.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple documentation projects simultaneously.

 

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with digital collaboration and content management platforms.
  • Experience working in consulting or professional services.
