Description

Calling all compassionate and caring behavioral health licensed professionals who are looking to partner with a community-based service provider offering mental health, substance abuse and primary healthcare services where individuals live and work. Southeast, Inc. Healthcare is looking for a dedicated Behavioral Health Team Leader to lead a team providing support to individuals in a community setting. In this dynamic and rewarding role, there is an emphasis on creating interventions that are strength-based and focused on promoting recovery, symptom reduction, increased coping skills, and achievement of the highest level of functioning for the client in the community. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of therapists, case managers, and support staff to deliver person-centered behavioral health services.
  • Collaborate with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Ensure that treatment goals are met, and that care is provided in a timely, efficient, and compassionate manner.
  • Provide clinical oversight and support to staff members, including ongoing training, supervision, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor and assess client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, including licensing, accreditation, and quality assurance protocols.
  • Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment focused on positive outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between the treatment team, clients, and external partners or stakeholders.
  • Stay current on industry best practices, new treatment methods, and community resources.
 
Position Requirements
  • Master’s degree in psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
  • LISW/LPCC strongly preferred, LSW/PC required.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health treatment modalities and evidence-based practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and clients.
  • Experience with documentation, treatment planning, and compliance requirements.
  • Passion for promoting mental health and wellness in the community.
