This role is responsible for ensuring accurate invoices, timely collections, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a proactive, analytical mindset to problem-solving. Qualified candidates are eligible for a remote or hybrid work schedule. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day billing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Supervise billing staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Monitor accounts receivable and support collection efforts. Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Prepare and analyze billing reports and financial data. Strong understanding of billing procedures, systems, and regulations. Proficiency in billing software and Microsoft Excel. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
