Financial Planning & Analysis Manager 
Description

Job Overview:

The manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) will support the senior leadership and operations on all matters pertaining to financial analysis, budgeting & forecasting processes, and quantitative matters for the purpose of making better business decisions. Additional responsibilities include financial modelling, reporting on key performance indicators (KPI) and various ad hoc reporting.

Responsibilities and Duties:

· Provide Analytics to Sr leadership, operations and recommend actions based on quantitative analysis

· Drive and Enhance the Annual Budget process and the intra-year Forecast process

· Develop and provide period reporting on relevant KPI’s

· Evaluate the financial activity and make recommendations for improvements, reductions in expense, increases in revenue streams and identifying potential risks and opportunities

· Perform and Develop ad hoc reporting and analyses

 
Position Requirements

Qualifications:

Must Haves:

· Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years of successful experience in Finance and Accounting, with at least two budget cycles in an FP&A role

· Experience in analyzing financial and KPI data

· Proficiency in Excel skills and Microsoft Office Suite

· Proficiency in developing and enhancing financial modelling

· Possess ability to multi-task and prioritize competing duties

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within fast paced environment

· Strong attention to detail and organization

· Ability to work in the office 5 days per week.

Nice to Haves:

· Experience with PowerBi or other Dashboarding software

· Experience with multi-unit, multi-state consumer facing businesses highly desired.
