Inspiro Full-Time Employee Engagement Specialist in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho
Pay Starting: $17.69 per hour
Hours of Operation: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
Position Overview:
As an Employee Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for Enhancing the Shareholder Value and Engagement throughout the Site. This role requires an enthusiastic, motivated self-starter with an outstanding ability to communicate and the ability to deliver incredible: customer service, organization, collaboration, leadership, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Team Engagement and site incentive initiatives that will help drive both focused performance metrics and client initiatives such as upsell initiatives and many others.
Creative brainstorming for event themes and branded items for giveaways.
Create themes, plan and book client based events awarded to the site by vendors.
Responsible for introduction of Site engagement projects to New Hires during initial training stages.
Responsible for the recognition of agents in Dish PlusOne.
Focus Group Discussion- Pull 4 New Hire agents per week to conduct surveys for continually climate check of the site.
Manage the updating of Performance Boards Daily and or weekly throughout the site along with sending our Performance email updates.
Manage and update the Visual and Audio Performance Updates displayed on the TV's weekly throughout the call floor.

2 paid 'You Days': one earned after 90 days and 120 days.

Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in using call center software and other relevant computer applications.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
