Banking Security Officer
The Banking Security Officer position is responsible for successfully managing the security program
Key responsibilities include managing the bank's security program. Yearly update of security program. Reporting to the board on the status of the program Coordinating the safekeeping of and updates, expense management, bank office safety and security, manage customer & employee fraud.
Managing Bank Security Program
Handles all physical security issue
Maintain the Keri and Virtual Keypad fob system
Work with alarm vender to control who has access to the facilities.
Oversee the destruction of confidential documentation and equipment.
Work with security vendors on maintenance contracts which include branch equipment along with video equipment.
Provide security training to all employees of the bank. This will include in-person training along with computer-based training.
Review of branch active which will include camera review, fob entry logs
Review Semi Annual reports to ensure branch compliance of security requirements. Handle difficult customers as needed.
Work with local police departments as needed.
Coordinates with other departments on security issues. Work with facilities as needed.
Ensures team responds promptly to security requests and Issues, including emergency situations.
