Position Operations Manager  
Description

The Healthcare Operations Manager has primary responsibility for managing and supervising operations staff supporting Central Ohio counties.

This position is also charged with developing and overseeing the implementation of the emergency management services and safety plans and policies and procedures that are in compliance with federal, state, local and Joint Commission requirements for all sites. Oversees visitor, patient, and staff health and safety through the environment of care functions. Additionally, responsible for overseeing l purchasing for Franklin, Delaware, and Morrow Counties.  This position participates in external collaborations and provides recommendations and training for safety and environment of care.

 
Position Requirements

A minimum of associate’s degree in related field and five years’ experience in practice management, operations management, or general management of administrative support functions in a healthcare setting. Advanced education in relevant field and knowledge of Joint Commission standards is strongly preferred. Must have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization and with the public be highly organized with excellent attention to detail. Skilled in use of Microsoft office products especially, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
