POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Document with stakeholders and users their requirement and build business processes that in alignment the overall ICAM capabilities and roadmap for the federal agency. Supporting the federal agency ICAM strategy by defining and updating the agency's ICAM business requirements. Implementing ICAM initiatives across the federal agency and providing use cases for incorporating new ICAM solutions within the agency's existing eco-system. Defining a repeatable set of standards and integration support as needed for onboarding applications or components onto the new ICAM solution. Leading business reviews and gaining required agency consensus/approval of assigned ICAM initiatives.   Position Requirements POSITION REQUIREMENTS 5+ years in business analyst roles with a focus on ICAM solutions and projects.  Experience with existing initiatives, directives, and goals, including, but not limited to: Homeland Security Presidential Directive-12 (HSPD-12) FIPS 201 DHS 4300A NIST SP 800-53 rev 5 NIST SP 800-63-3 OMB and Executive Orders related to Cybersecurity and Identity Management Experience in securely applying identity, access, and authentication best practices in a federal environment Knowledge of Single-Sign On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Active Directory (AD), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and identity federation and governance  Experience supporting Privileged Access Management (PAM) requirements and lifecycle management Coordinates with program management and customer to ensure the problems have been properly defined and the solutions satisfy customer needs. Communicates with customers and teammates clearly and concisely. Developing documentation on new or existing systems. Strong written, verbal and presentation skills. Experience leading cross-functional technical projects from conception to launch. A track record of taking initiative and being resourceful to accomplish ambitious goals. Effective organizational skills and ability to juggle many competing priorities. Active DOD Secret or DHS Public Trust preferred.
