As a Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining operational accuracy by ensuring timely job completion and adherence to exact specifications.

Position Summary: The Maintenance Manager holds a critical position in our organization, overseeing and directing maintenance processes to guarantee the efficient functioning of our facilities and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations, ensuring their efficient execution.
Plan, manage, and oversee repair and installation activities to meet operational requirements.
Develop maintenance procedures that optimize efficiency while maintaining quality.
Perform both reactive and preventive maintenance on machines and facility infrastructure.
Lead the installation of new plant equipment, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems.
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked shop areas, tools, and supplies.
Operate a range of shop tools, equipment, and machinery related to maintenance functions.
Conduct repairs and adjustments on machinery, including dismantling components for repair or replacement.
Collaborate with other departments as necessary to address maintenance-related needs.
Execute preventive maintenance tasks in a safe and timely manner to minimize downtime.
Foster a clean and safe workplace environment in accordance with established standards.
Perform assigned repairs, handle emergencies, and carry out preventive maintenance as needed.
Contribute to the design and implementation of effective maintenance procedures.
