Position Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a strong digital marketing background to support the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our pharmacy services, engage our community, and drive business growth. This role will develop the overall layout and design for print and digital advertisements, marketing materials, and promotional campaigns for internal and external use.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals, target local audiences, and boost pharmacy satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain the company's digital platforms, including the website and social media profiles, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with brand messaging and objectives.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement, grow followership, and foster community interaction on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/partners to develop creative assets, such as graphics, videos, and promotional materials to promote pharmacy services, health tips, and community events.
  • Implement SEO strategies to optimize website content and improve search engine rankings for relevant keywords.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and social media insights to define/track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in digital marketing, independent pharmacy, and healthcare marketing guidelines to ensure campaign compliance and effectiveness.
  • Support marketing and executive team members in executing offline marketing/corporate activities and events as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1-2 years) in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, compelling content for digital channels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to measure campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for engaging with local communities and promoting healthcare services.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, effectively managing multiple projects and deadlines.
