Qualifications: Skills Good organization Basic math Good communication Basic IT knowledge Preferred Education/Experience High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center. At least 6 months experience operating motorized material handling equipment. At least 6 months experience with radio frequency (RF) scanning. At least 6 months experience entering and retrieving data in an inventory management system. Responsibilities: General Responsibilities (Include the following [Other duties may be assigned.]): Responsibilities may include: receiving, scanning, picking, packing, auditing and shipping merchandise to the customer. Tracks all inbound and outbound items through scanning to ensure accountability in inventory. Verifies orders and ensures entry into the inventory management system. Operates a clean and safe work environment, ensuring that all areas of the warehouse are well maintained, kept orderly and free of debris. Maintains quality standards set forth by warehouse management. Supervisory Responsibilities and Controls (Leadership role in the department includes, but is not limited to/ Level of supervisory oversight and guidance is): None Work Environment: Provided Computer Office Supplies Inventory System Scanners Other tools to help with handling inventory Friendly and Informational Environment Expected To maintain and actively practice proper business ethics To strive to and continue improving and meeting our company performance and skill standards which are located in the employee handbook under 'Measures of Success' Physical Demands Willing and able to carry up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
