Your role at MOBE

As a MOBE Content Specialist, you will be responsible for publishing and maintaining content within the product content library along with measuring/analyzing/sharing insights about how content is performing for various MOBE clients. The content library serves to attract interest, educate, and promote healthy habits among MOBE program participants.
 

**This is a hybrid position. Candidates can choose to work out of either our Minneapolis, MN office or Reno, NV office.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the MOBE product content library:
    • Input, publish, and edit content using MOBE's content management system.
    • Ensure content accuracy and adherence to brand standards.
    • Maintain content in multiple languages (Spanish).
    • Collaborate with the Creative team for assets as needed.
    • Communicate the status of updates to the Content Strategy team.
  • Conduct content audits:
    • Review existing content to aid in creating new material across various MOBE departments.
    • Evaluate content from content partners and suggest changes/update to library.
  • Generate performance reports:
    • Develop and distribute monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on content performance.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the Content Strategy team based on analysis.
  • Conduct competitive research:
    • Gather industry and competitor insights and share relevant information with stakeholders.
  • Support digital releases:
    • Contribute to user acceptance testing for digital releases.
  • Provide support and expertise:
    • Address internal stakeholder inquiries regarding the content library.
  • Undertake additional projects including content creation projects as assigned.
 
Position Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in content management, digital asset management, database management, or sales/marketing system support.
  • Familiarity with mobile app/website development and testing.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written..
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities.
  • Experience working independently and with remote teams.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing business processes.
  • Experience conducting competitive research.

Preferred:

  • Experience in healthcare or wellness industries.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (Tableau, Microsoft Power BI).
  • Content creation experience and aptitude.
  • Knowledge of content and digital best practices.
  • Basic HTML knowledge.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Wrike, Workfront, Trello, or Asana.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues in a content management system.
  • Familiarity conducting research or developing materials in health care, wellness, or science-related field.
  • Experience with metadata, taxonomy, cataloging, content management, digital preservation, collection development, information literacy, library management.
