Position Summary:

We are looking for an analytical, collaborative, determined Director of B2B Growth Marketing to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling our B2B marketing team for growth. You’ll lead the development and execution of growth-focused marketing strategies to fill and optimize the performance of our sales funnel.

In this strategic role, you’ll work closely with the commercial team to ensure seamless alignment and maximize campaign impact. You’ll identify and reach our ideal customers by running campaigns leveraging email, web, digital, and performance marketing channels. You’ll lead a team of marketing professionals that handles various aspects of marketing, including content, SEO, SEM, digital campaigns, organic social, and event marketing.

**This is a hybrid position. This person can work out of our Minneapolis or Reno offices.

Responsibilities:

  • Create strategy and own execution of integrated, full funnel demand generation campaigns across various channels, including events, content marketing, email, social media, paid advertising, SEO, SEM, public relations, direct outreach, and more.
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, commercial, marketing operations, and analytics.
  • Establish KPIs, track performance metrics, and provide regular reporting on effectiveness; continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain a robust testing plan across new and existing channels.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Optimize inbound marketing efforts and conversion rates.
  • Develop and manage marketing events to create demand.
  • Conceptualize and plan creative content.
  • Oversee development of sales enablement content
  • Guide integrated PR/media relations strategy and execution.
  • Manage the B2B budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI.
  • Build processes and frameworks that will scale with a growing organization.
  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of marketers, and work with several key external resources.
 
Position Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation and growth marketing.
  • Background in B2B marketing within the health care industry or a similarly complex market.
  • An excellent people leader with 5+ years of leadership experience; experience with both managing external resources/agencies and managing/building an internal team.
  • Ability to set strategy and execute tactical activities.
  • Demonstrated experience in aligning marketing with broader commercial goals and objectives.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to refine strategies, optimize campaign performance and make decisions.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and martech tools – Marketo, Wrike, Salesforce a plus.
  • Expertise in social media marketing and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • An excellent communicator at the executive level and with peers and cross-functional teams.
