Schedules and reschedules patient appointments. Make courtesy reminder calls to patients. Enters patient demographic and insurance data into computer database. Refers to policy and procedure manuals, provider schedules, calendars, computer manuals, etc. Receives and reviews a variety of documents, including provider schedules, calendars, various memos and correspondence. Exhibit compliance with FHC's corporate compliance policy. Performs job activities in ways that are respectful, courteous and responsive while interacting with patients, visitors and co-workers.   Position Requirements An associate degree in business plus three years in a healthcare environment is preferred.
