Salary Information: Starting at $37,000 per year Classroom teaching experience will increase salary Advance Degrees will be added to the total pay amount   Position Requirements Exhibit a consistent Christian testimony (Galatians 5:22-23) Demonstrates a Personal Relationship with Jesus Christ (John 3, Ephesians 2:8-9) Participates in a local Bible-believing church Ability to apply Biblical solutions to problems Personal integrity and self-motivation in the fulfillment of WCA mission Minimum of bachelor’s degree in area being taught Degree in education or other with education courses, and knowledge of subject matter Classroom experience is desired Speak, read, and write English fluently Must be able to read and write cursive Desire for continued career improvement A calling to Christian education and a love for students Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team Ability to use electronic equipment for word processing, data management, information retrieval, and telecommunication.
