To plan, instruct, and organize instructional environments which help students learn subject matter and skills that will contribute to their spiritual, educational and social development. To lay a foundation in music. Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with job description. There are also frequent evaluations/observations formally and informally by the department head. Conferences are with the principal after each formal observation.
