JOB SUMMARY:

This position will develop an E-bike service training program and curriculum for the training of Vinfast E-bike authorized dealers and VinFast Technicians. This role will support the development and onboarding of new VinFast E-bike authorized dealers, develop VinFast policies and procedures in support of selling and servicing E-bikes.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Develop E-bike Service Program covering the below key topics:
    • Vinfast E-Bike Maintenance essentials (electronics, hydraulic disc brakes, wheels & tires, drivetrain)
    • Service Essentials and Customer Service
    • Warranty procedures
    • Inventory essentials
  • Perform on-site training at dealer locations
  • Develop a parts/components essential inventory list and ordering procedures (for training above)
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops to the employees and develop appropriate modifications, as needed
  • Collaborate with the company’s management to identify training needs and further develop appropriate training materials for the launch of VinFast E-bikes
  • Develop systems to monitor and ensure technicians are performing their responsibilities
  • Develop ongoing training resources based on new bike releases and features
  • Develop and manage the VinFast E-bike Warranty Program, Process, and Procedures and ensure effectiveness
 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years experience in providing service to electric bicycles in a retail operation
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Performs well in an agile, fast-paced environment where things can change very quickly
  • Operated an electric bicycle service shop, a plus
  • Previous experience supporting bicycle service or parts warranty claims, a plus
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Valid Driving License
