JOB SUMMARY:

The B2B Sales Manager, Ebus will be required to develop, implement, and maintain B2B sales strategies and targets for the Company in the electric bus market. This role will work collaboratively with other departments within VinFast to ensure our Ebus customers are properly supported and their feedback is collected and disseminated amongst other departments such as engineering, operations, marketing, finance.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Identify and develop relationships with municipal and private fleet companies that are interested in deploying electric buses
  • Develop relationships through cold calling, referrals, industry events, trade shows, etc
  • Assist in developing and maintaining an Ebus marketing strategy working with the Marketing team to attract new business in the electric bus business.
  • Maintain strong relationships with leaders and key decision makers in the electric bus industry
  • Manage sales pipeline based on KPIs and deliverables. Must have experience with CRM dashboards and reporting.
  • Provide revenue forecasts that are reasonable and meet organizational targets.
  • Manage existing client and prospect communications on a regular basis to ensure clients/prospects stay satisfied and are actively engaged.
  • Perform implementation of global deals.

 

 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years related experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in school bus, transit bus market, electric vehicle or advanced clean transportation industry
  • Experience selling to fleet managers, government, and municipalities
  • Proven track record and ability to close large and complex sales deals
  • Self-starter – drive to develop effective processes and takes initiative.
  • Strong computer proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills – builds effective relationships across departments.
  • Team player: comfortable consistently working with multiple teams.
  • Flexible and adaptable problem solver with a positive outlook.
  • 50% travel
