JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Receptionist and Administrative Support Team Member provides a first point of contact for all incoming calls from customers and vendors. They also greet all visitors that come to our facility to meet with other team members. You must be able to collect required information in a fast, friendly, and accurate manner, before transferring the call to the appropriate team member. You will also be assisting other team members with emailing invoices to customers, entering data from sales staff and other misc.front office and administrative tasks.

REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to run or learn our Phone system, CRM / ERP ( NetSuite ), with Basic Excel, Word and Outlook experience required. You MUST have great organization, communication & multi-tasking skills. A working knowledge of exceptional customer service skills are highly desired.
MUST BE LEGALLY ABLE TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES
