We are seeking candidates with extensive experience in the Retail and Commercial Construction sectors, with specialization in fast-paced projects, multi-site Retail programs, renovations and interior buildouts, and open store remodels. This candidate will be responsible for managing projects nationwide across the entire US.

Job Description
Responsible for the on-site management of Retail/Commercial construction projects.
Supervising, managing, and working with teams traveling to locations throughout the US.
Responsible for coordinating and completing specific projects on time, within budget with a keen eye for quality, safety, and production.
Prepare daily field reports, progress reports, production reports, time sheets, expense reports, etc. and provide timely progress updates to the Asa Carlton project team.
Responsible for scheduling and ensuring the appropriate staffing of daily construction activities with subcontractors and vendors.
Maintain all critical path scheduling to ensure deadlines and project deliverables are met. Provide lookahead schedules to the Project Manager.
Responsible for onsite inventory management of all material and equipment. Performs audits as needed and tracks and receives material deliveries.
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and key team members to ensure that project specifications are met.
Assists the Project Team to obtain permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
Comply with building codes as well as legal requirements of authorities having jurisdiction.
Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
Establish the safety culture at the jobsite and be proactive in the prevention of injuries to employees and the public, environmental hazards and property losses through professional planning and management of assigned projects.
Assure jobsite compliance to Asa Carlton's Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) program, policies, and regulatory requirements including any client or facility specific requirements.
Ensures all work is performed safely in compliance with all safety policies and procedures and OSHA requirements.
Conduct and document weekly Jobsite Safety Analysis (JSA), and toolbox safety meetings.
Enforce project quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) standards.
Coordinate, conduct, and document QA/QC meetings and inspections at the jobsite.
Perform other duties as assigned.
