Become a Penske Business-to-Business Lead Generation Agent in our Coeur d’ Alene, ID Call Center. In this position you would be part of the Vehicle Remarketing Team helping our Sales Team to attract customers for Penske’s fastest growing product lines! This business-to-business position is tasked with sharing Penske’s used trucks inventory to their clients nationwide.

Hours of Operations: 6:00 AM PST – 3:00 PM PST on WEEKDAYS

Base Pay: $16.28 per hour

Incentive: Can reach up to $1000 depending on your performance

Benefits Available after 90 days:

  • Hybrid 2 days a week at home, 3 days a week onsite: based on attendance, performance, and equipment availability.
  • $25 Internet/Gas Stipend per month. *
  • Childcare Reimbursement up to $250. *
  • Progressive PTO-1 year = 120 hours, 2 years = 140 hours, 3 years = 160 hours, 4+ years = 180 hours. Cash Out available after 1 year.
  • “You Days” Earn 2 days each year One after 90 and 180.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce potential sales (deals) through outbound calls to web and field leads, previous purchasers, inquiries that did not purchase, and other prospects.
  • Handle some inbound calls from customer call back.
  • Provide quality calls to customers to attract more qualified leads for the business.
  • Generate list from our inventory depending on the customer’s needs / specifications.
  • Spread Penske’s used truck inventory along with their financing options and extended warranties through cold calling.
  • Other similar and/or related duties as assigned.

All candidates must have:

  • Previous Sales / Customer Service experience required.
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
  • An awesome attitude with a customer-first mindset.
  • A desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • All applicants must be local to the CDA site as you will need to travel to go on site from time to time / once or twice a month depending on the leadership’s requirement.
  • Should have a minimum network requirement of 40mbs download speed at home.

Ideal candidates will have:

  • Call Center background is a plus.
  • Experience with cold calling is a plus.
  • Adaptable, coachable, and openness to change.
  • Efficient with navigating and multi-tasking on a desktop computer
  • Should have experience to MS Apps especially Excel and Outlook
