A leading provider of global customer care solutions is expanding and looking for a new member to expand our executive sales team!

Pay: $150k

Location: Remotely in the US

Benefits Starting Day 1:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs, actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking.
  • Ability to proactively position the value of CX, Sales and Helpdesk solutions, driving new revenue streams through new client acquisitions
  • Consistently meet/exceed annual sales targets

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must have BPO experience, preferably in Healthcare
  • Demonstrated experience in managing various sales cycles – setting up a strategy to find new prospects and sales leads
  • Preferably 10-15 years of experience in lead generation
  • Proven record of success in sales for large corporate accounts with longer sales cycles
  • Extensive contact/content services experience
  • Skilled in conducting client presentations, online demos, adhering and adopting a measures sales process
