Position Summary
An Implant Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role, specializing in the coordination and facilitation of implant treatment procedures. This position involves working closely with both surgeons and patients to ensure a seamless and effective implant treatment process. Key responsibilities include patient education, treatment planning, scheduling, and administrative tasks related to implant procedures.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Drives implant sales in collaboration with the surgeons based on patient care standards
• Demonstrates exemplary modeling of organizational core values
• Maintains a complete and up-to-date tracking system for all implants
• Relays all necessary information to appropriate referring offices and coordinates with colleagues and surgeons in a timely and accurate manner
• All other duties related to implant treatments and clinical leadership as assigned by clinical manager
Required Skills & Abilities:
• Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Sales background preferred
• Follow-thru, effective communication, and reliability are a must
Qualifications:
• Dental or Oral Surgery experience: 2-3 year (Required)
• Implant Treatment Coordinator experience: 1 year (Required)
• WinOMS or Open Dental experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Massachusetts Dental Assistant License
• Radiology certification
• CPR certification
• DAANCE certification
Compensation:
• Pay: $30.00-$36.00 per hour
