Position Summary: 
As a Call Center Representative at NHOMS & MassOMS, you play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional healthcare experiences. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, experience in healthcare or call centers, and the ability build rapport with employees and patients. This role requires a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills as you'll often be asked to work closely with others both internally and externally.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•    Manage a high volume of incoming telephone inquiries from prospective patients of our partnered dental practices.
•    Efficiently schedule and confirm appointments for new patients, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
•    Demonstrate empathy and attentiveness while addressing questions and concerns, prioritizing customer assistance above all.
•    Utilize well-honed sales techniques to meet and exceed company objectives related to appointment bookings.
•    Undertake various tasks as delegated by the Call Center Leadership team, contributing to the overall efficiency of operations.

Required Skills & Abilities:
•    Proficient typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Suite are necessary to handle tasks efficiently.
•    Excellent verbal communication abilities, coupled with a strong customer service orientation.
•    Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese, in addition to English, is a valuable asset.
•    Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Experience & Qualifications:
•    A minimum of a High School Diploma is required, with preference given to candidates with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree.
•    Familiarity with online scheduling platforms like Open Dental, and CRM software like HubSpot is essential for this role.
•    Previous experience in Dental or Oral Surgery, Healthcare and Customer Service will be advantageous.

Compensation & Benefits:
•    Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
