Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Cyber Security Engineer  Req Number SUB-24-00001   Category Subject Matter Expert   Sector/Group Force Modernization   Clearance Requirements Top-Secret w/SCI   Location Offutt AFB, NE   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Description Cervello Global Corporation is looking for a Cyber Security Engineer to support the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications Condition (NC3CON) Quick Reaction Test (QRT) with a SCI Top Secret Clearance.  The NC3 enterprise is essential to the President's ability to command and control the Nation's nuclear forces.  Acknowledgement of this vital mission and the unique challenges facing NC3 modernization were the impetus behind the Secretary of Defense's establishment of the CDR USSTRATCOM's role as the DoD NC3 Enterprise Lead. A holistic enterprise approach has been taken to develop and deliver the next generation of NC3 - a flexible, resilient, and assured architecture spanning all domains and enhancing strategic deterrence.   DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: The Cybersecurity Engineer provides technical assistance to one or more staff members, under general supervision, in the development of cybersecurity documentation, concept papers, and test plans in support of JFS, JT, T&E or QRT activities. Evaluate the rigorous application of cybersecurity policies, principles, and practices in the delivery of cybersecurity services; Identify, plans, and document improvements to security controls and TTPs currently in place, based on test event results; Develop and document recommendations and courses of action (COAs) to solve complex cybersecurity problems; Provide recommendations to implement improved operational structures and processes to ensure an effective cybersecurity program, including boundary defense, incident detection, and response.   Position Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree in related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience Minimum DOD 8140/DOD 8570 IAM Level II Certification NC2 Operations and Communications NC3 Nuclear command, control, and communications C2 - Command Control Operations, Space and Cyber Operations, Kinetic and non-Kinetic operations EW - Electronic Warfare operations.   Must have joint test planning experience with intelligence, air, space, cyber, land,  and maritime forces in an A2/D2 environment.
