Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Test Planner / Subject Matter Analyst   Req Number SUB-23-00006   Category Subject Matter Expert   Sector/Group Force Modernization   Clearance Requirements Top-Secret w/SCI   Location Offutt AFB, NE   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Description Cervello Global Corporation is looking for a Test Planner / Subject Matter Analyst (SMA) to support the Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications Condition (NC3CON) Quick Reaction Test (QRT) with a SCI Top Secret Clearance.  The NC3 enterprise is essential to the President's ability to command and control the Nation's nuclear forces.  Acknowledgement of this vital mission and the unique challenges facing NC3 modernization were the impetus behind the Secretary of Defense's establishment of the CDR USSTRATCOM's role as the DoD NC3 Enterprise Lead. A holistic enterprise approach has been taken to develop and deliver the next generation of NC3 - a flexible, resilient, and assured architecture spanning all domains and enhancing strategic deterrence.   DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: To develop and test CONOPS for an emerging technology which supports strategic communications. Develop test concept, test scenarios, test design, test products, and identifies candidate test venues and resource requirements for JT&E; projects. Conduct research, coordination, and write program test plans and develop detailed test plans. Develop, refine, and maintain project schedules, to include allocation of resources and identification of project tasks and milestones. This will be the kick-off effort for developing CONOPS and Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTP) for this Classified capability.   Position Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or 6 years operational experience in Space and Satellite Operations NC2 Operations and Communications NC3 Nuclear command, control, and communications C2 - Command Control Operations, Space and Cyber Operations, Kinetic and non-Kinetic operations EW - Electronic Warfare operations.   Must have joint test planning experience with intelligence, air, space, cyber, land,  and maritime forces in an A2/D2 environment.
