The Support Engineer will be responsible for working with clients, services team, and project management on NetSPI Resolve installation, configuration, customizations, troubleshooting and support.  They will also be responsible for support of NetSPI Attack Surface Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with installing, configuring, and operating NetSPI Resolve PTaaS solutions
  • Assist clients with NetSPI Attack Surface Management
  • Assist clients with NetSPI Breach and Attack Simulation
  • Provide recommendations on deployment, configuration, and use of Resolve in client environment
  • Conduct needs analysis with client to determine technical requirements and specifications of post-sales engagements in line with NetSPI best practices
  • Develop monitoring solutions for Linux systems
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, including on-going training and mentorship
  • Act as escalation point in Resolve and Attack Surface Management issues
  • Manage multiple concurrent issues
  • Document solutions in a knowledge base of know support issues or support solutions

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security
  • Strong understanding of penetration testing, application security, and vulnerability assessments
  • In-depth knowledge of networks, Linux/Unix and Windows administration, and system configuration
  • SQL knowledge including PostgreSQL databases
  • Scripting experience with Java/Ruby/Python
  • Experience with Cloud Computing
  • Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging, and crisis management
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues in a complex environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in consuming REST/SOAP services
  • Experience with Java EE applications
  • Experience in a helpdesk environment
  • Experience writing technical documentations
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, MIS, Math or Science
