WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Lead Conversion Magic:

  • Hunt & gather—the path to quota attainment is through landing new logo sales as well as upselling new solutions that will deliver even more value to our existing customers.
  • Transform pre-qualified leads to enthusiastic customers through persuasive communication.
  • Use your own proven sales acumen (and a dash of data) to create a sense of urgency and excitement.
  • Close sales and achieve sales targets within designated timelines.

Upsell Ninja:

  • Master the art of upselling. Identify opportunities to enhance existing customers’ experiences.
  • Recommend complementary products or services that genuinely benefit them.

Customer Whisperer:

  • Listen actively to understand customer pain points, goals, and aspirations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to your existing customers for upsell opportunities, promotions, and product updates.
  • Freely share your ideas and observations with product, customer success and marketing teams.

Bring Your A-Game

  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitors to remain competitive in the market.

Data Juggler:

  • Embrace CRM like it’s your favorite app.
  • Use it to track progress, manage follow-ups, and stay organized.
  • Maintain meticulous records of interactions, sale progress and account intelligence.
  • Leverage this data to tailor your approach and anticipate their needs.
  • Keep a collaborative mindset to set other customer-facing support teams up to win.

Virtual High-Fiver:

  • Partner with your outside territory rep to accelerate quota attainment.
  • Collaborate with your fellow sales reps, and our sales development and marketing teams to share strategies, align messaging and accelerate campaigns.
  • High-five (virtually) when a lead converts – celebrate wins together!

WHAT SETS YOU APART

  • 3-years’ experience successfully selling enterprise SaaS or related experience.
  • Experience with telematics or complex technical solutions.
  • Exceptional time management, ability to make sound business decisions and operate self-managed.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite—Microsoft BI and Dynamics 365 is a plus.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • A willingness to engage in cross-departmental collaboration with customer success, marketing, product delivery, finance, and legal teams is a must for this role. At Zonar—we “win as one.”
  • Occasional trade show travel or onsite sales calls in unique circumstances. A valid driver’s license and the ability to rent a passenger vehicle is required.

This position generally performs 40 hours of work each week, Monday through Friday. We offer both remote and hybrid options. If you are remote, you must ensure your personal work environment is conducive to focused, customer interaction.

Up to 10% travel in the U.S. & Canada is possible. Appropriate travel expenses will be reimbursed by the company.
