Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Mechanical Drafter  Description We are looking for inspired, motivated drafters to support the J.F. Taylor Defense Solutions & Products Group mechanical design team. Provide drafting skills to create various mechanical drawings related to simulation, training, aircraft, and shipboard products.  Simulated items may include replicated aircraft systems and components, consoles, panels, equipment racks, facilities infrastructure, etc.  Update and modify mechanical drawings in accordance with design changes and redline configuration management processes.  Required to work in a process oriented environment and comply with all Configuration Management processes for document and drawing control.  Proficiency in 3D modeling and CAD environments is required.  Specific experience with PTC Windchill and CREO 3D design environments is a plus. Familiarity with ASME drawing standards, such as ASME Y14.24, 14.34, and 14.35, is also a plus.   Position Requirements High school diploma Experience with a mechanical drafting program used in the development and/or modification of mechanical drawings a plus.   About the Organization J.F.
