We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our expanding team. This unique position offers two distinct yet intertwined focuses:

  • Elevating Dignari's Brand: Craft compelling content, develop strategic marketing campaigns, and manage corporate communications, propelling Dignari's growth and industry recognition.

 

  • Empowering Our Federal Clients: Utilize your expertise to provide comprehensive marketing and communication support, ensuring seamless project delivery and successful client engagements.

This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, organizational skills, and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance. 

 

This position is with our clients in the Washington, DC Area and will require a hybrid environment with days in the office as needed. Candidates with an understanding of the biometric / identity management field are strongly preferred.

In this unique dual-focused role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Dignari's internal and external narratives, while also providing strategic support directly to our federal clients.

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns for both Dignari and federal clients, fostering brand awareness and thought leadership.
  • Manage full end-to-end coordination and execution of Dignari and client events, from planning and coordination to post-event assessments.
  • Own ongoing client metrics and monthly stat presentations.
  • Create executive leadership summaries, agendas, after-action notes, project plans, and other materials. 
  • Support delivery on multiple complex work assignments that are broad in nature and require originality and innovation in determining how to reach goals successfully.
  • Craft compelling content across various formats and channels, including executive briefings, videos, social media, case studies, website copy, and client presentations.
  • Champion communication by managing corporate communications efforts, cultivating strong client relationships, fostering collaboration, and driving results.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including Dignari leadership, federal clients, and external agencies.
  • Drive brand results by analyzing campaign performance data, identifying trends, and recommending impactful optimizations to enhance marketing effectiveness.

 

 
Position Requirements

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years’ experience in Content, Agency, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Industry knowledge of biometrics and identity management preferred.
  • Prior experience with corporate events.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present clearly and concisely.
  • Ability to prioritize and access tasks to complete client deliverables according to their timelines.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and executive communication.
  • The ability to develop good relationships, understand priority needs, and effectively communicate with multiple clients.
  • Data-Driven: The ability to leverage data to develop, advise, and adjust marketing communications strategies and execute a plan to develop the content and assets supporting key objectives.
  • Excellent marketing, presenting, and communication skills required.
  • Analytical capability, strategic, and a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Experience in digital tools and processes is beneficial.

 

Travel:   Up to 5-10% (dependent on location).

The job requires excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to facilitate web-based meetings, excellent organizational skills (planning, organizing, prioritizing, and hosting meetings), diligence (coordinating with clients to follow up on action items after meetings), presentation skills (quickly develop and edit professional looking PowerPoint presentations), and solid writing ability (quickly develop content, external messaging for executives, social media content, etc.).   

UI/UX experience is valued, and the candidate will work closely with federal agency branding offices and Dignari’s UI/UX Team to create a range of digital content.

Clearance Requirement US Citizenship required. Active DHS Public Trust preferred. Ability to obtain clearance required.
