OCU offers degree programs for residential undergraduate students, graduate students, and adult and online students.   Position Lead Custodian   Location Main Campus   Full-Time/Part-Time Full-Time   Description POSITION SUMMARY The Custodial Services team is looking for a self-motivated individual to fill the role of lead custodian. The individual will be responsible for the daily cleanliness of OCU administration buildings and residence halls.This individual will also conduct building walkthroughs to assess student workers performance in their assigned buildings   DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Any one position may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this classification) Provide daily building cleanliness requirements in all assigned buildings Overseeing student workers in the completion of their tasks Training new students in assigned buildings Building relationships with student workers Providing excellent and timely customer service Handling custodial needs in any building as requested Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms Cleans, mops, washes, buffs and vacuums floors Empties trash Maintains outside walk areas including sweeping debris and washing walkways Cleans and polishes fixtures Cleans windows Dusts and vacuums furniture Other duties as assigned   REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS According to Ohio Christian University employment policy, all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the OCU Community Lifestyle Statement.
