The Manager of Residual Value and Incentives is vital to the strategy development and direction-setting within financial services, working closely with stakeholders in sales, product, finance, HQ and banking partners. This role will be responsible for partnering with the VP of Financial Services to analyze, evaluate and develop recommendations for residual value, incentive programs and pricing. This position will ensure goals are aligned with forecasting, planning, vehicle distribution, pricing, and sales incentives.




  • Lead US competitive research and market analysis (e.g., price points, competitive programs, residual values)
  • Lead monthly retail subvention program, processes, and recommendations with local and global stakeholders.
  • Support day-to-day business relationship activities with lenders and vendors.
  • Lead implementation and testing of consumer programs on VinFast website.
  • Showroom Sales and Dealer Team point of contact for loan and lease origination questions.
  • Manage day-to-day activities with residual value guide companies and support research and analytics of published RV valuations.
  • Lead data provider relationships, including contracting and management activities (e.g., JDP, S&P)
  • Support dealer and showroom communications and training for financial services programs.
Position Requirements



  • 8+ years of progressive work experience in automotive captive finance, lender or OEM in a program development, pricing, residual risk, sales planning and/or other performance management and reporting functions
  • Strong analytical skills and experience providing data driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment, previous start-up experience a plus.
  • Experience managing a team of analysts.
  • Automotive electric vehicle (EV) experience, a plus
  • Management consulting and data analytics experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated leadership, team building and management skills
  • Advanced level of proficiency in business productivity tools and software (i.e., Excel, Salesforce, SAP, Tableau)
  • High levels of attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to build strong relationships with US executive leadership, internal stakeholders, peers, and external partners
