Your role in helping us shape the future:
Have you ever looked for a new doctor because you moved, went to school or got new insurance? What factors did you care about and why did you choose the provider you did? If you are a social media maven, what would resonate with you for choosing health care? If you can answer those questions, we want to work with you! U.S. News is continuously tapping into how people choose a doctor and what is helpful to them when doing so. Working with us will mean sharing insights you gain from competitive research, hearing from providers and patients themselves, and tapping into your social media sensibilities, among other activities. You will gain skills in making a business case, SEO, presenting for concept acceptance, business analysis, reporting and competitive research.
Are you up to the challenge?
1. Designing and preparing KPI reports in Google Analytics/Data Studio (~20% of time)
2. Monitoring competitors and presenting insights to the product and design teams. (~15% of time)
3. Categorizing and responding to physician questions (~10% of time)
4. Working with the PM to create 'tickets' of work for new features, design, SEO and assisting in QA. (~20% of time)
5. Participate in Product Labs (cross company learning sessions) and strategy sessions. (~10%)
6. Helping prepare presentations and business cases for project and leadership. (~15%)
