JOB SUMMARY:
The VinFast Inside Delivery Advisor is responsible for working on the finance options with the bank and customers. It is the advisor’s responsibility to ensure the quotation is built correctly, the contract and DMV docs are being handled quickly to support the sales team to deliver the car to the customer with the best experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:
Partner with client advisors/ store managers to guide customers through the financing process for their VinFast EV purchase.
Present and explain a variety of leasing/financing options to customers/advisors, tailoring recommendations to their individual needs and budgets.
Process loan/lease applications and prepare necessary paperwork efficiently and accurately.
Build quotes based on customer request.
Collaborate with lenders to secure the best possible deals for your customers.
Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years’ experience in automotive retail, finance, and lease
Knowledge of sales agreements in different purchase options: cash/finance/lease
Strong knowledge of credit applications and lender requirements
Knowledge of DMV license, sales tax, preferred
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, service, logistics, and admin teams
Dealer Management System experience
Ability to work across multiple systems
Strong organization and time management skills
Willingness to work on a flexible schedule, according to activity volume
A valid driver’s license and an acceptable and safe driving record required
