Sr Sales Manager - E-bike

The role of the Sr Sales Manager for E-bike is to provide a client experience consistent with the VinFast brand and vision, engage with clients and dealers to generate brand and product excitement. This role will have strategic responsibility in building partnerships with dealers, implementing operations and achieving sales growth.



  • Drive business development initiatives to expand the VinFast customer base
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive E-bike sales
  • Achieve sales objectives as assigned by VinFast leadership
  • Regular in person store and dealer visits
  • Demonstrate the features and benefits of our E-bike products
  • Assist sales managers and dealers with floor planning, promotions, merchandising, and other sales objectives
  • Monitor sales, marketing, and competitive market conditions



Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive work and leadership experience in sales
  • 5+ years’ experience in bike/e-bike business
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline in various CRM applications and lead management software
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and management skills
  • High level of attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DMV Vehicle Salesperson License
  • Valid driver’s license and 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
  • Proficiency in business productivity tools and software (MS office suite, CRM applications)
