The Regional Network Development Manager develops relationships with dealer partners within their region. This role will have strategic responsibility in building partnerships with dealers, implementing operations and achieving sales growth.



  • Identify, recruit, and on-board dealer partners within assigned region
  • Executes on-boarding activities with new dealers in conjunction with Director of Dealer Development and VP, Channel Development, Aftersales and Marketing, IT, and Finance group.
  • Set dealer targets by identifying market sales opportunity and provide consulting
  • Assist dealership staff in creating and executing standard of operations to launch store.
  • Work with the US leadership team to continuously improve programs that impact dealer performance.
  • Provide recommendations to the VP of Channel Development for proposed dealership placement, standard of operations and more
  • Ongoing interaction/collaboration with US Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to develop, implement, and measure performance of dealers within assigned region.


Position Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 8+ years of progressive work experience in automotive network development or sales and marketing.
  • Experience cultivating relationships with dealers, dealer groups and general managers.
  • Knowledge of dealership activities and ability to create profit opportunities for VinFast dealers
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with US executive leadership, internal stakeholders, peers, and external partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
  • Executive presence, confidence, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Can-do mindset with high energy and strong work ethic
  • Demonstrated leadership, team building and mentorship skills
  • Creative problem solver; not afraid to think outside the box
  • Travel 50%
