JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr Salesforce Engineer has a deep understanding of Salesforce's core functionalities, especially Sales & Service Cloud and Experience Cloud. Experience with Mulesoft integrations is essential. This position will have familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, and knowledge of Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and SAP. This role will lead and shape the future of our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch client experiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Architect, design, and implement high-quality Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Drive integrations using Mulesoft, connecting Salesforce with external systems and platforms.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Salesforce.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce capabilities, providing recommendations and insights for system improvements.
  • Ensure system compliance with company policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Proactively identify areas of enhancement within the Salesforce platform.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers and admins, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.

 

 
Position Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce development and administration
  • Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce's Sales & Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
  • Proficiency with Mulesoft and its integration with Salesforce
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP, a plus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and integration techniques with SAP, a plus
  • Salesforce certifications, a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
