We are looking for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Financial Analyst for a to join our team in TCG's Alexandria, VA office three (3) days per week / two (2) days remotely. The ideal candidate will: Provide financial support to the financial manager and program office. Assist with preparation, revision and tracking of financial planning documentation including Program Objective Memorandums (POMs), Affordability Assessments, Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), Capability/Cost Analyses, Cost Analysis Requirements Descriptions (CARD), Task Planning Sheets (TPS), Annual Phasing Plans (APP), Program Spend Plans, Obligation/Expenditure Reports, Negative Unliquidated Obligations (NULO), Participating Manager (PARM) Reviews, Midyear Reviews and Program Reviews. Assist with the development, revision, execution, tracking and reporting of all financial execution documentation.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience; Note: In lieu of degree, five (5) years of experience in preparing and tracking financial planning documentation and developing, executing, tracking, and reporting financial execution documentation is desired. Proficient with Microsoft office programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks at the same time. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
