We are looking for a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Manager for a to join our team in TCG's Alexandria, VA office three (3) days per week / two (2) days remotely. The ideal candidate will: Provide senior level program management and technical support for individual or major task(s) of government contracts. Serve as FMS Team Lead providing support to the AN/USQ-82(V) PARM and PEO IWS Case Manager(s) in the execution of all assigned program activities. Provide guidance and leadership in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation, life cycle support and case closure activities. Provide technical expertise in Foreign Military Sales, logistics, training, pricing and availability analysis, configuration management, acquisition tracking, and coordinating customer requirements in support of contract efforts. Utilize various software programs to keep track of procurement, budget, quality control and administrative processes and to prepare progress reports on contract activities. Oversee planning, direction and coordination of work activity for technical staff involved in structured systems analysis, design, programming, and testing of various Information Technology, ADP, telecommunication and hardware systems.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) from an accredited college or university; Note: In lieu of a degree, 12 years of experience in FMS Case Management and comprehensive understanding of DOD 5000.01 and DSCA-Manual 5105.38-M is desired. 10+ years of experience in managing DOD FMS Programs IAW DOD 5000.01, The Defense Acquisition System and DSCA-Manual 5105.38-M, Security Assistance Management Manual. Proficient with Microsoft office programs. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks at the same time. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
