Description
  • Ability to effectively document a technical process after observing execution of the process, questioning participants, and reviewing existing documentation
  • Experience with conflict resolution, de-escalation, and/or conflict avoidance techniques
  • Ability to steer a meeting towards a common goal and actionable steps forward
  • Enables others by providing templates, completing time consuming tasks to prepare for the next step/review
  • Willingness to accommodate others to encourage collaboration - go out of their way to physically meet when and where the other person/people are, allow competing ideas to be heard, encouraged, and fed back into a productive path forward
  • Ability to identify critical components of a process and ability to tie them why they are required
  • Ability to allow or suggest alternatives when valid technical arguments are presented for deviation
  • Knowledge of existing collaboration tools or ability to quickly learn new toolsets
 
Position Requirements

 

  • Degree: N/A
  • Years of Experience: Ideally the candidate should have at least 10 years of experience
  • Candidate should have experience with a 'Process Improvement' related position in the past, whether it was AS9100, ISO 9001, or similar.
