Duties and Responsibilities (these are the positions essential duties and is not an all inclusive list) **This is a temp to hire position, 3-6 months / minnimum 3 months as contractor.
Main areas of responsibilities can be:
? Perform , maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning equipment and Roof Top Units
? Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues
? Diagnose electrical and mechanical problems and provide appropriate solutions
? Repair or replace defective parts or components
? Perform preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal system performance
? Experience with controllable thermostats - installation and monitoring of
? Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
? Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
? Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
? Installation of new equipment and repair of existing equipment
? Maintaining a proper inventory of equipment, supplies, and other necessary items required to perform duties assigned
? Enter purchase requisitions and invoicing needs, in alignment with working with vendors
? Building electrical experience a plus
? Performing other duties as assigned
Knowledge & Skills- Standard
? HVAC Repair and Maintenance
? Building monitoring systems preferred
? Electrical, small engine mechanics
? Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude for equipment repair
? Ability to relate well with Maintenance workers, staff and public
? Licenses where required
? Problem Solving Skills
? Communication and time management skills
? Comfortable working with heavy objects and machinery
? Familiarity with computers

o Any combination of education, training, and experience which demonstrates ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described
