Skilled Trade Maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS:

Able to study and understand mechanical sequence, controls drawings and ladder logic.
Implements changes and verifies correct completion.
Have a strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatics, understanding of automated tooling
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Teach robot path programs: Weld, and Material Handling.
Set up, and test signals between Robot / PLC interface
Make necessary changes to achieve cycle time.
Document all changes to PLC programs, robot programs, weld schedules, EOAT, fixtures, and sequence changes. Also Back up PLC programs, robot programs and parameters
Evaluates product changes and impact to weld equipment.
Makes recommendations to product and tool designs for improvement.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Understands and follows safety & environmental regulations and identifies safety/environmental concerns.
Works as a team player with other departments
