We are seeking to hire an Information System Security Manager to join our team working remotely and occasionally in the Alexandria, VA office. Upon award, you will: Serve as Information System Security Manager for International Navy financial system. Follow Risk Management Framework process to obtain ATO for financial database application. Provide support for Assessment and Authorization (A&A) activities, in accordance with the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF), to obtain and maintain Authority to Operate. Identify and complete applicable Defense Information Security Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) checklists. Address and resolve findings from Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Nessus scan results provided by network hosting team. Provide monitoring of cyber threats and incident response according to CIO instructions, with digital forensics tools capability.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills, and Experience: Bachelor's degree in a related field 5+ years experience; Experience implementing NIST Controls Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required Must be able to obtain and maintain security clearance US citizenship required Preferred Experience: 10+ years experience preferred Experience with Navy RMF eMASS preferred Linux System administration experience a plus Oracle Database administration experience a plus Experience with digital forensic tools a plus This position is contingent upon and subject to the award of the contract from the government.
