As a HR Generalist, your primary responsibility will be the aligning of business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, with a secondary responsibility of Payroll and Benefits Administration.

 

Pay: $20.60/hr

Work Location: 200 W Hanley Ave. Coeur d’Alene, Idaho 83814

 

Responsibilities:

  • Consults with management, providing HR guidance when appropriate
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Provides HR Policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Provide training on use of Payroll system and Benefits system to New Hire classes.
  • Create/Update/Maintain employee files (physical & data)
  • Create/Update/Maintain employee benefit status using benefit provider portals
  • Create/Update/Maintain Orientation materials
  • Respond to Employment Verification inquiries
  • Payroll processing
  • Other similar and/or related responsibilities as assigned

  • Childcare Reimbursement up to $250 monthly after 90 days of employment.
  • $25 Internet/Gas Stipend per month after 60 days of employment.
  • 2 paid “You Days”: one earned after 90 days and 120 days.

Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience: preferably in a call center environment
  • A minimum of 2 years Payroll and Benefits Administration experience: preferably in a call center environment
  • Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment. Must include knowledge of Excel and skills in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
  • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
