With the belief that all people have the capacity to grow and change, we provide our services to people of all ages, cultures, races, religious preferences, genders, and sexual orientations in order to enhance wellness and recovery, thereby improving families, workplaces, and communities.   Position Crew Leader   Description Southeast's work-readiness program for people living with addiction and mental illness, Project Work, is looking for a 2nd shift (Monday-Friday) Crew Leader to train, teach, and supervise clients at the Greater Columbus Convention Center. The Crew Leader oversees work crews performing custodial services, cleaning services and/or event set-up/tear-down, assuring all work is done to the customer's satisfaction and representing Southeast professionally in all community interactions.    Position Requirements HS diploma/GED required.  Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance required.   As a healthcare provider, Southeast Healthcare is a non-smoking employer.  Staff members are required to be vaccinated for the flu (medical and religious exemptions may be requested during the hiring process).  EOE Statement: We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
