This position requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of automotive body repair processes.   Key Responsibilities: Manage and supervise a team of technicians, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner Develop and implement standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and quality of work Coordinate with the parts department to ensure that all necessary parts are ordered and received in a timely manner Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies Provide regular reports to the Body Shop Director and Service Operations Director regarding production and performance metrics Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair timelines and progress Maintain a clean and organized work environment Train and develop staff to improve skills and knowledge   Position Requirements Requirements: Fluent in English and Spanish High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in automotive technology or management preferred Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a body shop management role Strong knowledge of automotive body repair processes, including paint and bodywork Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record   Work Environment and Physical Demands: The Body Shop Production Manager will work primarily in a production environment, which may include exposure to dust, noise, and other environmental factors. This position requires standing for extended periods of time, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
