POSITION: Administrative Manager
GENERAL SUMMARY: Seeking motivated and organized candidate to manage operational support for HM&E Ship Controls and Networks division of NSWCPD.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Track action items and implement schedule assignments
- Organize financial, schedule and resource tracking data
- Develop, maintain, and distribute functional documentation
- Use MS Office to help track projects for management.
- Help senior managers with managing schedules and various deliverables.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum Education: Associates Degree or higher
Target Experience: Experience scheduling and managing operational office tasks. Ability to demonstrate schedule management and communication skills. Ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Successful applicants must have an active DoD security clearance and DoD experience.
